They will ask for a zip code, needed to connect you to the closest center.
Another resource to use is AADAIP or the Adolescent Alcohol/Drug Assessment Intervention Program, a part of the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinic. You can contact them at the phone number (608) 262-111. This place talks to teens and their families and gives them advice, support, and help.
An additional option is to call the Wisconsin Tobacco Quit Line at 800-QUIT-NOW (800-784-8669). Coaches are available 24/7 for people over the age of eighteen.
